Returns & Exchanges

At A Bronze Age, we want you to love your locally crafted pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
